CIROC SUMMER HOUSE CASE STUDY
THE PROBLEM
Ciroc was doing a “Summer House”themed takeover at a hotel in Palm Springs during Coachella weekend. There were big time celebrities and influencers slated come through to have a dip and take a sip. Their goal was to maximize the content grab by creating still and motion assets that they could use for the next 6 months. They wanted a high-end director team that could deliver cinematic cocktail films but also a content crew that could cover the festivities and deliver assets in real time for immediate social postings to drive people to the event.
THE SOLVE
Build an onsite production and post team that could capture both beautiful cinematography as well as handle a pipeline of content moving from camera to post to distribution within an hour from capture.
The Director: The director needed to have food, celebrity and creative direction experience.
The Production Team: Needed to be comfortable supporting cameras from Alexa minis to DSLRs to iPhones.
The Post Team: Needed to be extremely organized and understand multiple formats as well as have well-rounded skill sets that included offline, online, color, and basic design skills.
THE RESULT
The only way to get this project done was to build the team from the ground up. Brand Yew leaned on its diverse connections in the Production space to hire the specialists needed to build a team that would cover the 2x 12 hour day event. Brand Yew’s team delivered over 50 finished pieces of content on the day and an additional 10 hours of footage and 2k photos for the in-house Ciroc team to continue using for the following 6 months.

COCKTAIL VIDEOS.
We created two signature cocktail films. A South West Mule and a Ciroc Spritzer. These were shot slowly and meticulously.
